One of our members found a YouTube video by James D’Angelo that highlights a concept to address the problems of the US Congress. He is associated with the Congressional Research Institute and this link leads to a broad series of videos, papers and references that are focused on the secret ballot issue. It’s a bit long but well worth the effort to watch. It is aimed mostly at the US Congress but right on the mark as far as our Mission is concerned. I highly recommend you visit their site & become familiar with this effort to reform their congressional procedures.
