The Mission

The Association to Improve Government is an organization focused on eliminating coercion and corruption in the political process. The improvement is directed at all levels of government and has a global scope.

This association will communicate its concepts related to the cause of these problems and identify a solution as a basis to gather public support and initiate change in the rules of governance, parliamentary procedure, etc.

The association hopes to replicate the success of the Chartist Movement of the nineteenth century that brought suffrage to the general population and eliminated coercion and corruption at the elective level of the political process.

The Association is neutral in terms of:

1. Political philosophies
2. Economic approaches
3. Cultural and Societal issues

Strategy & Tactics

1. Establish an association and communicate the concepts.
2. Build a membership roster of individuals supporting the concepts.
3. Develop resources to gain public support for the movement.
4. Initiate activities to reform political procedures at specific political entities. (local, provincial, state, federal, etc.)
5. Establish a political movement focused on reforming the political process.

Objective

To require secret ballot voting by all political bodies at all levels of government.

Membership Requirements

1. Provide basic information to be listed as a member
2. An understanding of the concept
3. There is no fee to be listed as a member
4. Respectful communication on website, email, etc. when related to the concepts
5. Obtain permission to publish anything related to the Association or related concepts
